Submitting an Article

If you would like to submit an article, project outline, or event or directory information, you must first accept the terms of the Contributor Agreement which provides the rules applicable to Contributors, their materials and the LDRC web site.

Contributors may edit or delete any contributions they have made, at any time, without notice. (However, members may not edit messages posted to the message board, edit/delete comments added to articles or projects submitted by other members, or alter URLs added to the LDRC Web site database).

CONTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs your submission of materials to the Learning Disabilities Resource Community (LDRC) web site for posting. By selecting "Yes, I accept the Contributor Agreement", you agree to abide by and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Disclaimers

1. I agree that before posting my materials, the LDRC may first review their format and confirm that their contents fall within the scope of the web site; I acknowledge that in so reviewing my materials, the LDRC has NOT affirmed their accuracy or completeness and that the LDRC expressly disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of said materials.
2. I acknowledge that, in executing the End User Service Agreement, users have agreed to assume responsibility for any harm, claim or damage resulting from the interpretation of, reliance on, or other use of materials found on this web site.
3. I acknowledge that, in posting my materials, the LDRC has not and does not endorse the viewpoints or opinions I have expressed therein.
4. I acknowledge that the LDRC reserves the right to use materials contributed by members as it sees fit, within the context of advancing the public understanding of learning disabilities.

Warranty, Indemnity and Copyright

5. I warrant that I have the right to submit the following materials, and that in doing so I will not be violating the rights of any third parties.
6. I warrant that my contribution is an original work and I am the author or owner, or have permission from the author/owner to publish the contribution.
7. I agree to be identified as a Contributor and have my Login Name, Email address (if not kept private/hidden upon joining), any personal information I supplied upon joining, and a list of any of my other articles, projects, events or recent article comments displayed along with my contribution.
8. I agree to indemnify and hold the LDRC harmless from and against any and all expenses, (including without limitation legal fees and expenses), costs, losses, damages, claims, demands, actions, suits or proceedings again the LDRC arising out of a breach of the warranties given in paragraphs 5 and 6.
9. I acknowledge that, in executing the End-User Service Agreement, users have agreed not to reproduce, display or distribute any of my information, data, photographs or images posted on the LDRC web site, whether or not for profit, without my express consent and the express consent of the LDRC.
10. I agree that the LDRC shall not be responsible for any reproduction or distribution of the contribution in violation of the End-User Service Agreement.
11. I acknowledge that each user is allowed to make a single copy of said information, data, photographs or images for personal use only.
